Spare Parts, Accessories & Stylers Terms & Conditions
All parts and compatible ionco® spare parts are fitted at consumers own risk and we suggest that any work carried out on any electrical goods is checked and passed by a qualified electrical technician before use. The parts supplied are only intended for the goods indicated. Ghd Spares cannot be held responsible for any use of the parts supplied for any other use than that of which is suggested. All parts are either patent or re-cycled from old / used Ghd. Where a part of a certain colour isn’t available a black replacement part will be shipped in its place. N.B. All none patent parts are sourced from genuine used Ghd irons, therefore they may be discoloured or marked.
All parts come with a 3 months warranty, if the goods become faulty due to natural failure during normal intended use within 3 months of receiving the goods please return the goods with your ordering documentation and we will arrange a replacement where available or a refund if the parts are no longer available.
Rare product failure notice – Please be aware that on very rare occasions some models can overheat, this is an original known fault and can happen at any time for no apparent reason (IC failure on IV models & Thermistor failure on V models). We therefore recommend always testing the irons on a small area of hair before styling. If the irons do overheat turn them off and do not turn them back on. Unless a PCB, IC or thermistor is replaced on one of our repairs we are not responsible for any damage caused to the straighteners or that of the user and property. If the thermal fuse in your GHD has blown due to overheating, we recommend replacing the thermistor and heaters or IC where necessary. Please contact us if you require advice.
The consumer is responsible for returning the goods to us unless the item has become faulty within the first 14 days, if the goods have become faulty within the first 30 days please contact us for return conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with us online or over the telephone you are confirming to us that you are an individual consumer who is 18 years old or over and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
With exception of completed repair services, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive the Goods. This is the “Cancellation Period”. You must return the Goods to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days of notifying us (via email) that you wish to cancel by sending them to: Ghd Spares. 10 Sefton Road, Walton Le dale, Preston, PR5 4GD.
We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price of the Goods within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Goods must be returned unused, and in their original packaging. You must also take reasonable care of Goods before you return them to us. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them that reduces their resale value.

Payment & Delivery
Payment for goods must be made securely via Credit or Debit Card or PayPal at time of checkout.

With the exception of promotional free postage offers, postage charges apply and are calculated at checkout once delivery destination is selected.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, with exception of holidays. If there is a problem with your order or availability we will contact you.
Free UK Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd class. Once shipping confirmation is received by email the item should be delivered within 2-4 working days. Upgrades for faster delivery are available at checkout.
Use of Sites
Users may only use our site for lawful purposes and must not misuse, copy or duplicate content.
Imagery is owned by Ghd spares and cannot be used without permission.
You may link to our website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Content shared via social media is subject to the relevant site terms and conditions.
We will not post any images supplied to us by our customers without prior consent.
